It is up to the owner to ensure the protection of data on their smartphone containing the Leo Burdock App, as Loyalty Points cannot be replaced under any circumstances. Leo Burdock employees are excluded from Loyalty Programme. Leo Burdock reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Reward scheme at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the Loyalty Reward scheme, if in its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
